Refund policy
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to customer convenience.
For brand-new items, if there is an initial defect, we kindly ask that you contact the manufacturer directly.
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with defects, our 10-day return policy will apply. This means you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 16 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us.
