Domestic (Japan):

The displayed prices include consumption tax.
  • Yu-Pack (with tracking and insurance): Flat rate of 650 JPY nationwide (except Okinawa and some remote islands)
    *For Okinawa and some remote islands, the fee starts from 1,250 JPY.
  • Letter Pack Plus (express delivery with tracking, no insurance): Flat rate of 400 JPY nationwide

  • Letter Pack Light (express delivery with tracking, no insurance): Flat rate of 200 JPY nationwide

  • Click Post (with tracking, no insurance): Free nationwide shipping
    *Please note that depending on the total weight of the products, some shipping methods may not be available.

International:
・Japan Post (EMS with full insurance)
・FedEx (available in select regions with partial insurance)

  • Japan Post (EMS) — Available for most countries in the Asia region
  • FedEx (FICP) — Used primarily for North America and Europe

About Customs Duties, GST, and VAT:

Product prices and shipping fees displayed on our store do not include customs duties, Goods and Services Tax (GST), or Value-Added Tax (VAT) that may be charged in your country.

Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, GST, VAT, or other import-related fees may be charged upon delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please confirm and understand this before placing your order.

■Order Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 4 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.

■Incorrect Shipping Address

If the shipping address you provide contains errors and reshipment is required, additional shipping fees will apply. Please carefully check your address before completing your order.

■Important Notes on Domestic Shipping Methods

If you choose a shipping method without insurance (such as Click Post or Letter Pack), we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or misdelivery during shipping.
If you are concerned about such risks, we recommend choosing a method that includes tracking and insurance, such as Yu-Pack.

■Important Notes on International Shipping Methods

For international orders, shipping is carried out via Japan Post (EMS) or FedEx (FICP) depending on the country or region.

Please refer to the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier for updates or delays after dispatch.

■Product Inspection Before Shipment

All items are inspected prior to shipping.

For products containing built-in batteries, we conduct a safety and quality check before packing.
In certain countries or regions, we may be required by air transport regulations to remove batteries before shipment. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Additionally, as a countermeasure against product-switching fraud, we photograph the condition of products before shipping and maintain a record.
In some cases, we may temporarily open the product packaging for inspection.
All items are then repacked carefully to maintain their original condition.

These measures are taken to ensure a safe and reliable delivery. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

■Handling of Capsule Toy Products

All capsule toy products sold in our store are collector’s items intended for ages 15 and up.
Please store and use them out of reach of small children.

Some products may include small parts or sharp components, which may pose a choking hazard or risk of injury.
In the event of accidental ingestion or injury, we are not liable for any resulting damage or harm. Parental supervision is strongly recommended.

Due to the manufacturing process, there may be minor scratches, paint inconsistencies, or individual differences.

Mini booklets (instruction sheets) may have creases or folds.

Capsules and outer packaging are considered protective materials for shipping purposes.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for damage to the packaging.
