About ordering
Orders are accepted on our website 24 hours a day.
(Please note that products are not reserved until the order process is completed)

Once your order is confirmed, an automated confirmation email will be sent.
After your order has been shipped within 1 to 4 business days, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.

If You Do Not Receive an Email
As we are an online store, all order-related communication is conducted via email.
Depending on your email settings (such as spam filters or blocking rules), our emails may not reach your inbox.
Examples include:

  • Emails being sorted into the spam/junk folder
  • Emails being automatically blocked by your provider

To ensure proper delivery, please make sure that emails from ammac@ymail.ne.jp/@shopifyemail.com can be received.
We also recommend registering an alternate email address just in case our messages fail to reach you.

If we are unable to contact you via email, we may not be able to process your order and may be forced to cancel it.

■Pre-Order Items

Please note that release dates for pre-order items may be delayed or canceled due to the manufacturer's production schedule or distribution changes.
While we do our best to fulfill all orders as planned, there may be rare cases in which we are unable to supply the item.
We kindly ask for your understanding in advance when placing a pre-order.

■Combined Shipping
If you order multiple items, it is possible to ship them together with a single shipping fee, provided certain conditions are met.
*Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and regular items together, they cannot be shipped in the same package, and separate shipping fees will be charged at checkout. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Pre-order items scheduled for release in the same month

If you would like to combine orders with different order numbers, please contact us in advance.
(Depending on the timing, we may have already begun the packing process and may not be able to accommodate your request.)

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, and any of the pre-order items are delayed,
we will generally wait until all items are available before shipping.
However, we can ship the in-stock items first upon request.
(In that case, additional shipping fees will apply.)

We will notify you as soon as any delay in release is confirmed.

Changes to Membership Information
If your registered information changes, please notify us by email as soon as possible.
Accurate information is essential for smooth and timely delivery. We appreciate your cooperation.

About Cancellations
Cancellations after the order is confirmed are generally not accepted.
Please review your order carefully before confirming.

In the event of serious violations of our shop policies, we may restrict or refuse future purchases.

Inspection of Battery-Operated Items (International Shipping)
For international orders, all items containing built-in batteries are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure safety and product quality.
This inspection process is conducted for the following reasons:

  • To prevent potential risks such as overheating or fire during air transport
  • To check for any initial defects or damage before shipping
  • To document the product’s condition and help resolve any issues smoothly

Please note that we may temporarily open the packaging for inspection. All items are repacked with great care to preserve their condition.

About Shopify Payments

At our store, you can make payments using major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover through Shopify’s official payment service, Shopify Payments.

■How to Use Shop Pay

On the payment method selection screen, choose “Shop Pay.”

4.Enter your email address and phone number
For first-time use, enter your name, email address, and phone number.

5.Receive and enter SMS verification code
Enter the verification code sent to your phone to log in.

6.Enter credit card and address information (first time only)
Once entered, this information will be saved for future purchases.

7.Complete your order!
Review your information and confirm your order.

Other Payment Methods (Available in Japan Only)

Our store also offers the reliable payment service KOMOJU as an alternative payment method.
KOMOJU is a trusted payment platform provided by Degica Co., Ltd., and is widely adopted by many e-commerce sites both in Japan and internationally.
It supports various payment methods such as mobile payments, deferred payments, bank transfers, and convenience store payments, allowing customers to choose the option that best suits their needs.

  • PayPay (Mobile Payment): Easily pay using the PayPay app.
  • Postpay (Paidy): Pay your balance in a lump sum at the end of the month. Note: Pre-order items are excluded.
  • Bank Transfer (via Degica Co., Ltd.): We will ship your order after confirming your payment. Please note that transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Convenience Store Payment: Pay anytime, 24 hours a day at convenience stores nationwide.

 Shipping and Delivery Information
Products are usually shipped within 1 to 4 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.
Shipping methods vary depending on the product, but the following applies as standard:

Domestic (Japan): Japan Post
The displayed prices include consumption tax.
  • Yu-Pack (with tracking and insurance): Flat rate of 650 JPY nationwide (except Okinawa and some remote islands)
    *For Okinawa and some remote islands, the fee starts from 1,250 JPY.

  • Letter Pack Plus (express delivery with tracking, no insurance): Flat rate of 400 JPY nationwide

  • Letter Pack Light (express delivery with tracking, no insurance): Flat rate of 200 JPY nationwide

  • Click Post (with tracking, no insurance): Free nationwide shipping
    *Please note that depending on the total weight of the products, some shipping methods may not be available.

-About Shipping Methods Without Insurance or Compensation-
If you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance or compensation (such as Click Post or Letter Pack), please note that we are not responsible for any issues that may occur during delivery, including loss, damage, or misdelivery.
If you are concerned about these risks, we recommend selecting a shipping method that includes tracking and compensation (such as courier services).

International:Japan Post (EMS with full insurance) or FedEx (available in select regions with partial insurance)

  • Japan Post (EMS) — Available for most countries in the Asia region
  • FedEx (FICP) — Used primarily for North America and Europe

Shipping fees vary depending on the weight and destination country. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Please note that if a reshipment is required due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees may apply.

About Taxes
  • Domestic Shipping: All product prices and shipping fees include consumption tax.
  • International Shipping: Taxes such as customs duties, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Value Added Tax (VAT) imposed by each country are not included.
Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may be charged separately upon delivery.
These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please understand and confirm this before placing your order.

 Important Notice Regarding Capsule Toy Product
  • All capsule toy products sold at our store are collector’s items intended for ages 15 and up. Please store and use these items out of reach of small children.
  • Some products may contain small parts or sharp components, which may pose a choking hazard or risk of injury. In the event of accidental swallowing or any resulting incident, we are not liable for any damages or injuriesParental supervision is strongly advised.
  • Due to the manufacturing process, initial scratches, paint irregularities, or slight individual differences may be present.
  • The included mini booklet (instruction sheet) may have creases or folds.
  • Capsules and external packaging are considered protective materials for shipping purposes. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to damage to the packaging.

Please place your order only after fully understanding and accepting the above conditions.

Return and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are generally not accepted.
If you receive a wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Anti-Switching Measures
To prevent product switching fraud, we have implemented the following measures:
  • We thoroughly check the condition and contents of all products and take photos before shipping.
  • Some products are marked with identification numbers or sealed with tamper-evident stickers.
